By using Izibite, you confirm that you are a student, staff, or authorized user within our delivery area and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Our Service

Izibite provides an online platform where users can:

  • Browse meals and build custom food combinations

  • Place orders for delivery within the campus

  • Make payments securely online or on delivery

We act as a facilitator between customers and our partner kitchens and delivery riders.


3. User Accounts

To place an order, users must create an account using a valid email address or student information.
You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details safe

  • Ensuring your information is accurate

  • All activity that occurs under your account

Izibite reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.


4. Ordering and Payments

  • All prices are listed in [your currency, e.g., NGN].

  • Orders must be confirmed before payment is processed.

  • We accept approved payment methods available on the platform.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after food preparation has started.

If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.


5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available only within the campus or specified areas listed on the website.

  • Delivery time may vary based on kitchen workload, location, and traffic within campus.

  • Users are responsible for providing correct delivery details (hostel name, phone number, etc.).

  • If the rider cannot reach you, your order may be marked as “Undeliverable” after 2 failed attempts.


6. Refunds and Replacements

Refunds are only applicable when:

  • An order was paid for but not delivered.

  • A wrong item was delivered, and the issue was reported within 30 minutes of receipt.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the order.
We do not issue refunds for taste preference or minor delays.


7. User Conduct

By using Izibite, you agree not to:

  • Harass or abuse riders, staff, or other users

  • Attempt to manipulate the system or fake orders

  • Use Izibite for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or permanent account ban.


8. Privacy and Data

Izibite respects your privacy.
We collect only necessary information to process your order (like name, contact, and location).
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties except as required to complete deliveries.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Any promo codes or discounts offered by Izibite:

  • Are valid only during the specified time period

  • Cannot be combined with other offers

  • May be revoked if misused


10. Changes to Service

Izibite may update, pause, or modify the service at any time — including menu changes, pricing, or delivery hours — without prior notice.


11. Limitation of Liability

Izibite will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, kitchen overload, or campus restrictions

  • User mistakes in delivery addresses or phone numbers

  • Food quality issues caused by third-party vendors

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total price of the order in question.


12. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, and content on the Izibite platform are the property of Izibite and may not be used without permission.
