11. Payment and Billing

Payment Terms:

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Delivery fees are charged based on location and distance
• Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless specified
• Payment is required before order confirmation
• We accept card payments, bank transfers, USSD, and cash on delivery

Refund Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for full refund
• Refunds for meal quality issues are processed within 5-7 business days
• No refunds for orders that have been delivered unless there's a valid complaint

12. Delivery Terms

Delivery Policy:

• Deliveries are restricted to campus areas and surrounding localities
• Estimated delivery times are approximations and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high order volume
• Recipients should be available to receive deliveries
• IziBite reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be safely delivered

Responsibility for Items:

• IziBite is responsible for items until delivery
• Upon delivery, customer assumes responsibility for the order
• Complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery
