How do I track my order?
Go to the Track Order page and enter your order number. You can find your order number in the confirmation email or SMS sent after placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, card payments (Paystack), USSD, and cash on delivery. All online payments are processed securely through our checkout page.
How long does delivery take?
Campus delivery typically takes 10–20 minutes depending on your location and how busy the restaurant is. You can see a live status on the Track Order page once your order is accepted.
Is delivery free?
From time to time, we also run special promotions and discount campaigns where delivery may be free or further reduced, even on orders below ₦3,000. Any active offer will be clearly indicated before you complete your order. .
My order was wrong or missing items, what do I do?
We're sorry about that! Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or the form above with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund within 24 hours.
How can I list my restaurant on IziBite?
We'd love to have you! Fill in the contact form above and select "Restaurant Partnership" as the subject. Our team will reach out within 24 hours to get you set up on the platform.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them, before the restaurant accepts them. After that, please contact us via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help based on the order status.
